The first call is a 2 hour phone or video call. Every new client must start with this initial call. We can cover a variety of different topics (such as baby basics) or go in depth on just one topic (most often, sleep training). This is an opportunity to get answers to your questions, learn a few new tips & tools, and help you GROW as a parent.

After our initial phone call, additional support can be added at any time. Parenting is an adventure that is constantly changing. Add follow-up support when your child reaches new milestones, to stay one step ahead, or when you’re just looking for new ideas.
